Lakewood Football prides itself in the traditions of the past and new traditions established! From game day traditions that include carrying the both the school flag and the American Flag on the field to ringing the bell after a victory, have always been something Lancers take pride in!

New traditions include an Annual Football Treat, Summer Draft and Team Competitions, Iron Lancer Competition, Senior Parent Helmet Night  and the popular Senior Friday Night Lights Tribute!

Midnight Madness Community Carnival and also the Teams Community Service projects have also become a staple in Lancer Football!
