Leadership Council Program 

  The Football Council was implemented in 2018 to assist with developing Lancers into productive leaders!  Each year the initial council members are selected by the the coaching staff based on demonstrating ELITE (Effort, Leadership (Potential), Integrity, Toughness and Enthusiasm) characteristics! Council can add up to 3 additional members to the council after their first meeting.

  Meetings are held once a month from February through August and are led by a book study. Meetings include assignments from the book studies and activities that develop leadership.  Each meeting is provided with a lunch that is sponsored locally by Pappy's Grill.
